This page explains what information this website collects when you visit it, and what it does not collect.
What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or booking system, and we do not ask you for your name, phone number or health details through it. To make an appointment you call or message the clinic yourself.
We use Google Analytics to count visits in an anonymous way. It records things like which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, the approximate area (city or region) a visit comes from, how the visitor found the site, and whether the Call, WhatsApp, email, directions or Instagram links were tapped. It does not tell us who you are. Analytics uses cookies for this purpose. We have turned off Google's advertising features and personalised-advertising settings for this site.
How we use it
Only to understand how the website is used and to improve it, for example to see which treatment pages people read and whether the contact details are easy to find.
Other services this website uses
- Google Maps is shown on some pages so you can find the clinic. Google may collect information when the map loads.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's typefaces. Your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.
- GitHub Pages hosts the website, and may keep standard server logs, such as visitors' IP addresses.
- Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works the same way either way.
Messages you send us
If you call, WhatsApp or email the clinic, the information you share is used only to answer you and to arrange your care, and is handled as part of the clinic's patient records. Please do not send sensitive medical details by email or through social media.
